To ensure that you order the correct BUTCHIE BAR model, measure the anchor pin bar on your BIGSBY.

METRIC BUTCHIE BAR (BBM): fits an end-to-end anchor pin distance of 1 31/32” (50mm), with anchor pins spaced at 25/64” (10mm).

US BUTCHIE BAR (BBA): fits an end-to-end anchor pin distance of 1 7/8” (47.63mm), with anchor pins spaced at 3/8” (9.53mm).

The BUTCHIE BAR is not available for B500 and B700 models.

*The METRIC BUTCHIE BAR is identified by a small dash to the left of the BUTCHIE BAR name.

All items must be returned UNUSED, in the original packaging, and accompanied by the original sales receipt. You are responsible for the shipping costs of the returned item(s).

Please contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA will not be accepted. RMAs must be requested within 7 days of delivery of your order. If more than 7 days have elapsed we can not offer you a refund or exchange. Obtain your RMA by emailing ernie@thebutchiebar.com with your order number, the product code/color (located on the bottom of the box), and the quantity you will return.

Your merchandise must be received by baby cheetah engineering within 14 days of accepting the RMA number.

Returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 10 business days of receipt of the item(s).

A $6.95 or 15% restocking fee will be applied to your order, whichever is greater. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
International orders are shipped via the USPS

Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country, and may cause delays beyond the original delivery estimates
