US orders are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage.

Orders are processed/shipped Monday-Friday in the order they are received; weekends and holidays are excluded.

All orders are shipped within a 5-business-day order processing time.

Please allow 7-10 days to receive your item(s).

Pricing is displayed at checkout and based on the weight of your order.

Shipments are not insured; Baby Cheetah Engineering is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

We only accept returns purchased from this website. If you purchased a BUTCHIE BAR from any other retailer you must return it directly to them.

​All items must be returned UNUSED, in the original packaging, and accompanied by the original sales receipt. You are responsible for the shipping costs of the returned item(s).

​Please contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA will not be accepted. RMAs must be requested within 7 days of delivery of your order. If more than 7 days have elapsed we can not offer you a refund or exchange. Obtain your RMA by emailing ernie@thebutchiebar.com with your order number, the product code/color (located on the bottom of the box), and the quantity you will return.

Your merchandise must be received by baby cheetah engineering within 14 days of accepting the RMA number. 

Returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 10 business days of receipt of the item(s).

A $6.95 or 15% restocking fee will be applied to your order, whichever is greater. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

International orders are shipped via the USPS

Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country, and may cause delays beyond the original delivery estimates

Baby Cheetah Engineering has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be; recipients are responsible for all such charges

Customs policies vary from country to country and we suggest contacting your local customs office for complete information
